I can't agree. This article is just a joke.
Call it "performance tuning" for a FAQ on the nice and renice command is a shame.

Eh, fair beginner's article. It's hard to judge an article without knowing its intended audience.

I'm pretty sure the osnews.com readership wasn't its intended audience.
